RESOLUTION NO. 2094
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EL SEGUNDO ADOPTING BUDGET FOR
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE
STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the
City of El Segundo, hereinafter referred to as the City, and the State
Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred
to as the Department, on May 19, 1961, for expenditure of State - allocated
funds; and
WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and was
submitted to the Department on June 8, 1964 showing the estimated ex-
penditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1964 --65
fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, a budget approved by the Department on July 13,
1964 has been presented to the City Council in accordance with the pro-
ject statement submitted by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budget, as
approved by the Department, and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that said
budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures recommended
to be made from such funds during the 1964 -65 fiscal year.
ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 1964.
