RESOLUTION NO. 1829
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A LOT
SPLIT FOR LOT 2, BLOCK 1149 EL SEGUNDO TRACT.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of El Se-
gundo, California, has legally processed the application of Mr.
and Mrs. A. B. Ness for a lot split pertaining to the following
described property:
and
Lot 2, Block 111, E1 Segundo Sheet No. 5, as
recorded in Book 20, pages 111 and 115 of
Maps, on file in the office of the recorder
of Los Angeles County, California,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the
"City Code of E1 Segundo, 195$" and ordinances pertaining thereto
said Planning Commission has submitted to the City Council by its
Resolution No. 377 its findings and determinations with respect
thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council after duly reviewing the find-
ings of the Planning Commission finds itself in accord with the
action and recommendations of the Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SE-
GUNDO, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council does adopt and approve
the action of the Planning Commission upon the same terms and con-
ditions set forth and defined in said Commission's Resolution No.
377 in granting the lot split for Lot 2, Block 114.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage and.adoption of this resolution; shall enter the same in
the book of original resolutions of said city; and shall make a
minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the

proceedings of the City Council of said city, in the minutes of
the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.
Passed, approved and adopted this 8th day of September,
1958.

I, Eunice U. Creason, City Clerk of the City of E1 Se-
gundo, California, do hereby certify that the whole number of mem-
bers of the City Council of the said city is five; that the fore-
going resolution, being Resolution No. 1$29 , was passed and
adopted by the said City Council, approved and signed by the Mayor
of said city, and attested by the City Clerk of said city, all at
a regular meeting of the said Council held on the 8th day of Sep-
tember, 1958, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Baker, Frederick, Gordon, Meschuk
and Mayor Benfield
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen None
