CC RESOLUTION 18069,1� RESOLUTION NO. 1806 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, ASCERTAINING AND DETERMINING PREVAILING RATES OF WAGE TO BE PAID ON PUBLIC WORKS IN THE CITY OF EL SE- GUNDO, CALIFORNIA, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1706. All foremen not herein separately less than 25¢ per hour more than over which he has jurisdiction. - 2 - classified shall be paid not the highest classification Provided that one and one -half (1 -1/2) times the said prevailing rate of wage shall be paid for any time more than 8 hours during any one calendar day where such work is required in case of extraordinary emergency caused by fire, flood or danger to life or property and for time on Sundays and holidays recog- nized in the collective bargaining agreement applicable to the particular craft, classification or type of workman employed on the project. That Resolution No. 1706, passed and adopted on the 28th day of January, 1957, shall be and the same is hereby re- pealed. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adop- tion of this resolution; shall enter the same in lutions of said city, and shall make a minute of thereof in the records of the proceedings of the said city in the minutes of the meeting at which passed and adopted.
