A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLU-
TION,NO. 1621 (THE SALARY RESOLUTION) OF SAID
COUNCIL IN VARIOUS PARTICULARS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOL-
LOWS:
SECTION 1. That paragraphs "(F) ASSISTANT PURCHASING AGENT"
and "(G) ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF FINANCE" of "SECTION 1. FIXED
SERIES" of "PART P' of Resolution No. 1621 (the salary resolution) of said
Council, as amended, shall be, and the same are hereby, deleted.
SECTION 2. That a new salary schedule or range, to be known as
"4 ", shall be, and the same is hereby, added to "SCHEDULE NO. 1" of
"SECTION 2. BASIC FIVE -STEP SALARY SCHEDULES" of "PART P' of
said Resolution No. 1621, and which schedule or range shall read as follows:

SECTION 3. That two new subdivisions, to be known as "15" and
"16 ", shall be, and the same are hereby, added to paragraph "(A) OFFICE
SERIES" of "SECTION 3. SCHEDULE OF CLASSES BY SERIES" of "PART P'
of said Resolution No. 1621, as amended, and which said new subdivisions
shall read as follows:

SECTION 4. That this resolution shall take effect and be in full
force and virtue on and after April 1, 1958.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original

resolutions of said City; and shall make a minute of the passage and adop-
tion thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said
City in the minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.
