That the improvement referred to in said petition is to be done and carried through under the provisions of the "Improvement, Act of 191111, Division 7 of the Streets and :ii;h- ways Code of the State of California. SECTION 2. That this City Council does hereby find and deterrnine that the qualified signatures to said petition, as shown by the report of such owners furnished by the Title Insurance and Trust Coirnpany, represent more than sixty per cent (60'?) of the - 1 - total assessable area of tiie proposed district, as shown avid de- li.ieated upon the plat or map attached to said petition. SECTION 3. Tnat this City Council does hereby further find and deterriine that said petition for said improvement repre- sents all the requirements prescribed by Section 2304 of the "Special Assessment Investi +ration, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931 ", being Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and the City Council intends to iieet each and every condition and make each and every findint neces- sary on its part in order to permit the proceedings for said im- provement to sT,o forward to completion, without further reference to or application of the provisions of said Division 4 of said Streets and Highways Code. SECTIOij 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoptic_1 of this resolution; shall enter the same in the book of resolutions of said city, and shall make a minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the proceed - inms of the City Council of said city in the minutes of t.Ie meet - in- at which the same is passed and adopted.
