A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EL SEGUNDO$ CALIFORNIA, REQUEST-
ING CANCELLATION OF TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS
ON CERTAIN PROPERTIES ACQUIRED BY SAID
CITY FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of El Segundo, California, did
heretofore acquire the following described properties within
said City for public street uses and purposes, namely the
widening of Mariposa Avenue within said City, as hereinafter
set forth by the following deeds, to wit:
1. A street deed from GUY L. VAN DEBERGH and
PAULINE A. VAN DEBERGH, his wife, to the CITY OF EL
SEGUNDO, a municipal corporation, to the following de-
scribed parcel:
The north 5.00 feet of Lot 275, Block 123, of
El Segundo, Sheet No. 8, as recorded on Pages
106 and 107 of Book 22 of Maps in the office
of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,

which deed was duly and regularly accepted by the City
