A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 916 (THE SALARY RESOLUTION OF SAID CITY)
BY ADDING A NEW rARAGRAPH DESIGNATED AS PARAGRAPH
"U" TO SUBDIVISION 14 OF S C'1'ION 1 OF SAID
RESOLUTION NO. 916.
The City Council of the City of E1 Segundo, California,
does hereby resolve, declare and determine as follows:
oECTION 1. That a new paragraph, to be known and
designated as paragraph "U ", shall be and the same is hereby
added to Subdivision 14 of Section 1 of Resolution No. 916
(the salary resolution of said city), entitled:
"A RESOLUTIUN OF ThE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, FIXING AND
ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION OR PAY OF
VARIOUS MUNICIPAL OFFICERS AND EI4P LOYEES OF
SAID CITY, AND REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS
AND ORDERS AND PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS AND
ORDERS IN CONFLICT THERE1,1ITH. ",
passed and ado -ted on the 30th day of December, 1947, and
which said new paragrapn "U" shall read as follows, to wit:
First Class
"(U) Mechanic's Helppr,Ahall receive the sum
of $2'z5.00 per month, as such."
SECTION 2. That said Resolution No. 916 is hereby
smended as hereinabove in Section 1 of this resolution set
forth.
SECTION 3. That this resolution shall take effect
Immediately.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passs",,e and adoption of this resolution; shall cause the
original of the same to be entered in the book of resolutions
of the said City of El Segundo, and shall make a minute of the
passage and adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings

of the City Council of said city, in the minutes of the meeting
at which the same is passed and adopted.
