CC RESOLUTION 918RESOLUTION NO.9is RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AWARDING $85,000.00 SEWER BONDS, ELECTION 1925, OF SAID CITY, TO THE BEST BIDDER. WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for the opening of bids for the $85,000.00 SEWER BONDS, Election 1925, of the City of EL Segundo, being bonds numbered 291 to 375, inclusive, all bids were publicly opened, examined and read, and a tabulation thereof has been entered in the minutes; and WAEREAS, the bid of the bidder hereinafter named is the highest and best bid made by a responsible bidder for said bonds; NOW, TtiEREFORE, the City Council of the City of E1 Segundo DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: Section 1. That the -bid of CALIFORNIA BANK offering par, accrued interest to premium of $927.00 for said bonds rate of 2 1/2% per annum, payable highest and beet bid for said bon accepted and the bonds awarded to with the terms of its proposal. date of delivery and a to bear interest at the semiannually is the Is.
