RESOLUTION NO. 595, ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION

CALIFORNIA, GRANTIN3 A TZ PORARY REIVOCABLE
PERMIT TO SOUTHE'RF CALIFORNIA GAS COMPANY TO

SECTION 1 THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of El SeOundo,
California, does hereby resolve, declare and determine as
follows;
SECTION 1. That Resolution. : "o. 595 of the City
of El SeL; undo, California, entitled:

the purposes of identification and reference; and
that the communication from said Southern California
Gas Company, dated January 27, 192, addressed to
"City of al SeLundo, care of Victor D. :.cCarthy, City
Clerk ", recuestin the City Council of the City= of

main in the location shown on the revised print lohich
w,ae enclosed with end attacned to said communication
of January 2 ?, 1942, be and the same is hereby also
ordered placed on file in the office of the City Clerk
of said City, to,ether t•,ith the said revised plan,
for the purposes of identification and reference, and
that this Council hereby approves the layin of said
proposed main in the location shown on said revised
print, attached to said communication of January 27,
1942) which is nereby referred to and by this r�fer-
ence incorporated herein and made a part hereof, and
the permit hereinafter mentioned in this resolution
shall be deemed to refer to the location of said main
a^ shown in said revised print."
SECTION 2. That said Resolution No. 595 is hereby
amended as hereinrbove in Section 1 of this resolution set
forth.
S ^.CTION 3. That the City Clerk shall issue to
the said Southern California Gas Company, a certified cony
of tnis partievlar resolution.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the passa,e and adoption of this resolution; shall cause

City and shall make a minute of tr..e and edogtion
thereof in the records of the proceedin ,_s of the City Council
of said Cit,, in the minutes of the meetinL, at vhicn the same
