The City Council of the C'ty of F1 Segundo,
California, does hereby resolve, declare and determine as
follows:

resolution No. 389, entitled:

VARIOUS LUNICIPAL OFFICERS AND EISPLOYEES

ORDER:, IN CONFLICT THEREWITH. ",
passed and adopted on the 28th day of July, A. T>., 19370
be and the same is hereby amended so as to read 3s follows:
"SECTION 1. Subdivision 2. CITY CLERK ?S DEPARTDIEN'P:
The Deputy City Clerk shall receive the sum of
,175.00 per month."
SECTION 2. That said Resolution No. 389 is
hereby amended as hereinabove in Section I of this
resolution set forth.

SECTION 3. That this resolution shall take effect
and be in full force and virtue on and after the 31st day
of December, 1937, at midniE,ht.
SECTION 4. That the C -ty Clerk shall certify
to the passal,e and adoption of thiF resolution; shall
cause the original of the same to be entered in the book
of resolutions of the said City of E1 Segundo, and shall
make a minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the
records of the proceedings of the City Council of said City,
in the minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed
and adopted.
