CITY Or EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, NAP'I'1G A

The City Council of the City of El Segundo,
California, does resolve, declare and determine as follows:
SECTION 1. That that certain public street within
the City of El Segundo, California, desc-•ibed as follows,
to -wit -
Beginning at tiro northeasterly corner of Section 12,

Township 3 South, 7anEe 15 'Jest, thence Westerly along
the Northerly line of said Section a distance of 92.39
feet to a point,; thence Southerly in a straight line
to a point in the northerly line of Lot 1 of C. C. Hunts
Subdivision as shown in Look 36, pale 36 of Miscella-
neous records, records of Los Angeles County, and 62.39
feet Westerly, as measured along the northerly line of
said Lot, from the Northeasterly corner thereof; thence
Southeasterly alon a line bearing 470 09' bS" from the
northerly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 54.55 feet
to a point; thence Southwesterly in a straight line
to a point in the "southerly line of the aforesaid Lot 1
and 70.00 feet I.Iesterly, as m ,asured along *, said South-
erly line, from the Southeasterly corner thereof;
thence Southerly along a line which is parallel to,
and Westerly 7C.00 Peet, as measured at right angles

a line which is parallel to, and 70.00 feet Westerly,
as measured at right anglerz from, the Nesterly line
of Arizona Drive as the same is shown on El Seg•,ndo
Sheet 6, recorded in Book 22, pages 106 and 107 of
`Maps, 3ecords of Los Angeles County, a distance of
783.85 feet to the point of beginning of a curve,
concave to the Fast, the radius of which is 3050.00

Southerly, as Treasured along; said line from its noint
of intersection with the Southerly ]ine of Imperial
Highway as the same now exists, said Southerly line
being; 30.00 feet Southerly measured at right angles,
and parallel to, the Northerly line of said Section 7;
thence Northeasterly along a line bearing, 420 501 02" from
the said Southerly line of Imperial Highway to its
point of intersection with said Southerly line; thence
Northerly in a straight line to a point in the Northerly
line of said Section 7, and 87.85 feet Easterly, as
measured along said Northerly line, from the Northwesterly
corner thereof; thence Westerly along said Northerly
line of Section 7 to the point of betinnin6.

shall be, and the same is hereby named, SEPULVFDA BOULLVARD,
and the sane shall be hereafter named, designated and known
as Sepulveda Boulevard.
ZECTSON 2. That the City Clark ~hall certify to
the passa e and adoption of thi^ resolution; shall cause
the same to be entered in the book of resolutions of said
City and shall make a minute of the passaEe and adoption
thereof in the records of the nroceedinbs of the City Council
of said City in the minutes of the meeting at which the same
is passed and ado -,ted; said Clerk shall also immediately
after the passa,,e and adoption of this resolution, cause a
cony thereof, duly certified, to be transmitted to the
Surveyor of Los And -eles County, California.
S',CTIOlr 3. That this resolution shall take
effect immediately.
