RESOLUTION NO. 319
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, REPEALING RESOLUTION NO.
318 OF SAID CITY, ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA,
GRANTING TO CALIFORNIA WESTERN OIL CO., LTD. A
PERMIT TO ERECT AND MAINTAIN ONE OIL WELL DERRICK
AND ITS NECESSARY APPURTENANCES FOR THE PURPOSE OF
DRILLING ONE OIL WELL IN A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE
J. H. FISHER SUBDIVISION WITHIN SAID CITY AND
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 317, ENTITLED, 'A RESOLU-
TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO,
CALIFORNIA, GRANTING TO CALIFORNIA WESTERN OIL CO.
LTD., A PERMIT TO ERECT AND MAINTAIN TWO OIL WELL
DERRICKS AND THEIR NECESSARY APPURTENANCES FOR THE
PURPOSE OF DRILLING TWO OIL WELLS IN THE J. H. FISHER
SUBDIVISION WITHIN SAID CITY.` PASSED AND ADOPTED ON
THE 3RD DAY OF JULY, 1935. " WHICH SAID RESOLUTION
NO. 318 WAS PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE 10TH DAY OF
JULY, A. D., 1935.
The City Council of the City of El Segundo, California,
does resolve, declare and determine as follows:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 318 of the City Council
of the City of E1 Segundo, California, entitled:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING TO CALIFORNIA WESTERN
OIL CO., LTD. A PERMIT TO ERECT AND MAINTAIN ONE OIL WELL
DERRICK AND ITS NECESSARY APPURTENANCES FOR THE PURPOSE
OF DRILLING ONE OIL WELL IN A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE
J. H. FISHER SUBDIVISION WITHIN SAID CITY AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 317, ENTITLED, `A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING
TO CALIFORNIA WESTERN OIL CO. LTD. A ?EMIT TO ERECT AND
MAINTAIN TWO OIL WELL DERRICKS AND THEIR NECESSARY APPUR-
TENANCES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DRILLING TWO OIL WELLS IN
THE J. H. FISHER SUBDIVISION WITHIN SAID CITY,' PASSED
AND ADOPTED ON THE 3RD DAY OF JULY, 1935."

passed and adopted on the 10th day of July, A. D., 1935,
be, and the same is hereby repealed, and the action
therein taken is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify
tv the passage and adoption of this resolution; shall
cause the same to be entered in the book of resolutions
of said city; and shall make a minute of the passage and
adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings of the
City Council of said City in the minutes of the meeting
at which the same is passed and adopted.
Passed, approved and adopted this 17th day of
July, A. D. , 1935.

City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being
Resolution No. 319 , was duly passed end adopted by the
said City Council, approved and signed by the Mayor of
said City and attested by the City Clerk of said City,
all at a regular meeting of the said Council held on the
17th day of July, A. D., 1935, and that the same was so
passed and adopted by the following vote:
