assume any liability for treatment and compensation which
may exist under said Act, and that it will save said County
harmless therefrom.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage and adoption of this resolution. shall enter the same
in the book of resolutions of said City, making a minute of
the passage and adoption thereof in the minutes of the meeting
at which the sane is passed and adopted, and cause a certified
copy thereof to be forwarded to the proper officials of Los
Angeles County, having charge of matters herein referred to,
