A RESOLUTION OF THE BOA OF TRUSTEES OF
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA„ AC-
QUIESCING IN THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THg SAID CITY, TO
THE SEGREGATION OR DIVISION CP A CERTAIN
ASSESSMENT LEVIED UPON THE PROPERTY OF
SUCH OWNER, FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF PORTIONS
OF VIRGINIA STREET, WHITING STREET, BONITA
VISTA AVENUE, MAPLE AVENUE, MARIPOSA AVENUE
AND PALM AVENUE WITHIN THE SAID CITY, AS
PROVIDED FOR UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION
NO. 79 OF THE SAID BOARD.
WHEREAS, there has this date been presented to
this Board, the written request of J. E. Howell, addressed
to the County Auditor of Los Angeles County, California;
requesting that the division or segregation of the assess-
ment of $162.64 levied on Lot ten (10), Block Ninety -nine
(99), E1 Segundo Sheet No. 3, Book 20, Pages 22 and 23 of
Maps, Records of Loa Angeles County, California, under
Assessment No. 138, for the improvement of portions of
Virginia Street, Whiting Street, Bonita Vista Avenue, Maple
Avenue, Mariposa Avenue and Palm Avenue within the said
city, as contemplated under Resolution of Intention No. 79
of the Board of Trustees of the City of E1 Segundo, Cali-
fornia, be segregated or divided as follows, to -wit;
so that,-
On the South 50 feet of said Lot 10, Block 99,
El Segundo Sheet Yo. 3, Book 20, Pages 22 and 23 of Maps,
Records of Los Angeles County, California, which is the pro-
perty if James E. Howell, there shall be placed the sum
of 05.04;
And on the North 50 feet of the South 100 feet
of said Lot 10, Block 99, El Segundo Sheet No. 3, Book 20,

Pages 22 and 23 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County,
California, which is the property of James E. Howell,
there shall be placed the sum of X1.3.04;
And on the North 45 feet of the South 146 feet
of said lot 10, Block 99, El Segundo Sheet No. 3, Book 20,
Pages 22 and 23 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County,
California., adsioh is the property of J. B. Howell,
there shall be placed the sum of $13.00;
And on the North 45 feet of the South 190 feet
of said Lot 10, Block 99, E1 Segundo Sheet No. 3, Book 20,
Pages 22 and 23 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County,
California, which is the property of J. E. Howell, there
shall be placed the sum of $13.00;
And on the South 45 feet of the Borth 135 feet
of said lot 10, Block 99, B1 Segundo Sheet No. 3, Book 20,
Pages 22 and 23 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County,
California, which is the property of J. E. Howell, there
shall be placed the sum of $13.00;
And on the South 50 feet of the North 90 feet
of said Lot 10, Block 99, El Segundo Sheet No. 5, Book 20,
Pages 22 and 23 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County,
California, which is the property of J. B. Howell, there
shall be placed the sum of $13.00;
And on the North 40 feet of said lot 10, Block
99, B1 Segundo Sheet No. 3, Book 20, Pages 22 and 23 of
Baps, Records of Los Angeles County, California, which is
the property of J. X. Howell, there shall be placed $00.00.
NOW, THBREFORA, be it resolved, deolared and
determined that the said Board of Trustees of the City of
E1 Segundo, California; has no objection to the making of
the division and segregation as above set forth and as
requested in the said written request, and does hereby
consent to the same,
That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this resolution, shall enter the same upon

the Book of Resolutions of the said city; shall cause a
certified copy thereof to be forwarded to the Auditor of
Los Angeles County, California; and shall make a minute
of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the
Board of Trustees of said city in the minutes of the
meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.
Passed, approved and adopted this 4th day of

Trustees, approved and signed by the President of said Board,
and attested by the City Clerk of said city, all at a regular
meeting of the said Board of Trustees held on the 4th day
Of llarcb , A. D., 1927, and that the same was so
passed and adopted by the following vote.
