2002 JAN 30 CC MINMINUTES OF THE SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE EL SEGUNDO CITY COUNCIL WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 30, 2002 — 6:00 — 8:00 P.M. Failure to do so shall be a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of $250. While an comments are welcome, the Brown Act does not allow Council to take action on any item not on the agenda.
