MOVED by Council Member Gaines, SECONDED by Council Member McDowell to appoint Mary Strenn, City Manager, as real property negotiator for Parcel No. 6 of Parcel Map 17750 (the parking lot in front of the West Basin plant on Sepulveda Boulevard).
