Environmental Assessment EA -453 and Zone Text Amendment ZTA 98 -5, Applicant: City of El He asked if proper notice was given and if any written communications had been received. Clerk Mortesen stated that proper notice had been given and no written communications had been received regarding this matter. Director of Planning & Building Safety gave a brief staff report. One individual addressed Council. Jim Howe, 439 Lomita, supported the Ordinance. MOVED by Councilmember Wernick SECONDED by Councilmember McDowell to close the public hearing.
