employees speaking on behalf of their employer, must so identify, themselves prior to addressing the City Council Failure to do so shall be a
misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of $250 NONE

including the Brown Act (Government Code §54950, et SeMc .) for the purposes of conferring with the City's
Real Property Negotiator; and/or conferring with the City Attorney on potential and/or existing litigation;
