1998 APR 07 CC MINMINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE EL SEGUNDO CITY COUNCIL Tuesday, April 7, 1998 - 5:00 P.M. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Jacobs at 5:00 P.M. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Councilman Mike Gordon ROLL CALL Mayor Jacobs - Present Mayor ProTem Wernick - Present Councilman Gordon - Present Councilman Weston - Present arrived at 5:10P.M. Councilwoman Friedkin - Present arrived at 5:05 P.M. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS - (Related to City Business Only - 5 minute limit per person, 30 minute limit total.) Individuals ii.-ho have received value of $50 or more to communicate to the City Council on behalf of another, and emplovees speaking on behalf of their employer, must so identify themselves prior to addressing the City Council Failure to do so shall be a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of $250 NONE MOVED by Mayor ProTem Wernick SECONDED by Councilman Gordon to discuss the issue of Allison V City of El Segundo, LASC YCO21971, that arose after the posting of the agenda. MOTION PASSED BY THE FOLLOWING VOICE VOTE. AYES: MAYOR JACOBS, MAYOR PROTEM WERNICK AND COUNCILMAN GORDON, NOES: NONE.
