1997 MAR 04 CC MINMINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE EL SEGUNDO CITY COUNCIL March 4, 1997 - 5:00 P.M. CALLED TO ORDER by Mayor Jacobs at 5:00 p.m. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE led by Councilwoman Jane Friedkin ROLL CALL Mayor Jacobs Present Mayor ProTem Wernick Present Councilwoman Friedkin Present Councilman Weston Present Councilman Gordon Present PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS - (Related to City Business Only - 5 minute limit per person, 30 minute limit tOtal.) Individuals who have received value of $50 or more to communicate to the City Council on behalf of another, and employees speaking on behalf of their employer, must so identify themselves prior to addressing the City Council. Failure to do so shall be a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of v50. NONE City Manager Morrison requested on behalf of City Attorney Hensley that Council approve adding an urgent item of People vs. Hill to tf a agenda which came up after the posting of the agenda. MOVED Mayor ProTem Wernick; SECONDED by Councilwoman Friedkin to add an ugent item of People vs. Hill to the agenda which came up after the posting of the agenda. MOTION PASSED BY UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE 510.
