and employees speaking on behayof their employer, must so identify themselves prior to addressing the City Council Failure to do so
shall be a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of $250. NONE
MOVED by Mayor ProTem Wernick SECONDED by Councilwoman Friedkin to discus
and take possible action on an urgency matter that arose after the
posting of the agenda regarding Government Code Section 54956.9(b).
MOTION PASSED BY THE FOLLOWING VOICE VOTE. AYES: MAYOR JACOBS, MAYOR
PROTEM WERNICK, COUNCILMAN GORDON, AND COUNCILWOMAN FRIEDKIN. NOES: NONE.
