J. Wilson, Resident: spoke regarding the June 8, 1994 Council Meeting and the conflict with the Hyperion Citizens Committee. She expressed thanks to Mayor Jacobson for his appearance and report given at the Hyperion meeting. REPORT OF ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION In Closed session the City Council directed Mr. Bell and the City Attorney Lee Dolley to file a declaratory relief action in Superior Courts of Los Angeles today (June 10, 1994) seeking to resolve the issue as to whether or not Ordinance No. 1215 is subject to referendum. The vote was: AYES: MAYOR JACOBSON, MAYOR PROTEM WESTON, COUNCILWOMAN FRIEDKIN, AND COUNCILMAN ROBBINS.
