Two (2) individual addressed Council
1. Parker Herriott, Hermosa Beach; requested a letter to be
read at the 7:00 P.M. meeting.
2. Gary Ganibi, Vice President of Supervisors professional
unit; requested the Council to consider the proposal
their group has submitted regarding employee
reductions.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council moved into a closed session pursuant to applicable law,
including the Brown Act (Government Code Sec. 54950, et sea.) as announced
by the City Attorney, for the purposes of conferring with the City Attorney on
potential and /or existing litigation and /or discussing personnel matters.

Council returned to open session at 5:13 P.M. to open proposals received
concerning the 1209 E. Oak Property.
City Manager Jim Morrison announced the following proposals:
Daniel and Peggy Peterson: $418,000, as is with no warranties,
50/50 closing costs, and a maximum of 45 day escrow.
James and Barbara Brandlin: $411,000, and 50/50 closing costs.
