1. Library Renovation and Expansion Project. Award of Phase II
Interiors Bid.
Discussion ensued regarding Phase II Interior bid.
MOVED by Councilman West; SECONDED by Councilwoman Cruikshank
to approve. MOTION PASSED BY UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE 5 /0.
2. Review and Discussion of 1991 -92 Annual Budget.
Discussion ensued regarding annual budget and Public Works.
RECESS at 7:15 p.m.
RECONVENED at 7:50 p.m.

Mayor Jacobson requested Utility Manager to stay. Discussion
followed.

approval after posting. MOTION PASSED BY UNANIMOUS VOICE
VOTE.
