He further stated that no direct actions would be taken at this meeting but he wanted Council to be fully aware of the pending costs this program would impose on the City in the future. Michael P. Rudinica, Vice President Water Resources, Robert Bein, William Frost & Associates,Professional Engineers, Planners and Surveyors, presented a slide presentation to Council illustrating the order of magnitude as to potential cost that will occur in the future in reference to the City's participation in the Hyperion Program. The presentation also included possible financing plans to finance future Waste Water Management. Council adjourned to the Mayor's Office for Closed Session at 7:48 PM. Council reconvened with all Councilmembers answering roll call at 9:55 PM. Councilman Anderson MOVED, Councilman West SECONDED, to direct staff to investigate whether the potential costs as presented to Council were in alignment with our contract with Hyperion. •• 1 Y717. MOTION CARRIED BY THE FOLLOWING VOICE VOTE: AYES: Councilmen Clutter, Dannen, West, and Mayor Jacobson. NOES: Councilman Anderson ABSENT: None 2. Appointment of Board Member to the Senior Housing Board. Councilman Anderson MOVED, Councilman West SECONDED to appoint Mark Jones to the Senior Housing Bond.
