Pursuant to GC 54956.9 a Closed Session will be held on the following
matters:

Council adjourned to the Mayor's Office at 7:30 PM for Closed Session.
Council reconvened at 8:20 FM with all members answering roll call with the
exception of Councilman Anderson who was absent. Mayor Jack Siadek
announced that no actions were taken in Closed Session.
