EL SEGUNDO CITY COUNCIL - SPECIAL MEETING - January 20, 1987
CALL TO ORDER
The E1 Segundo City Council convened in a Special Session on Tuesday
January 20, 1987, 2:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the E1 Segundo
City Hall.
ROLL CALL was taken by City Clerk Ronald L. Hart
Councilman Anderson - present
Councilman Jacobson - present
Mayor Pro Tem Schuldt - present
Councilman West - absent
Mayor Siadek - present
NEW BUSINESS
Meeting was called pursuant to Section 54956 of the Government Code of the
State of California for the purpose of considering the following matter:
Pursuant to Section 54956 (b) - Possible litigation against the City.
Pursuant to Section 54956 (c) - Possible litigation that the City may file.
At the hour of 2:10 P.M. Councilman West arrived.
CLOSED SESSION
Council adjourned to Closed Session in the Mayor's Office at 2:12 P.M.
Council reconvened at 2:40 P.M. in the Council Chambers with all Council -
members answering roll call.
Mayor Siadek announced that no actions were taken in Closed Session.
ADJOURNMENT
At the hour of 2:45 P.M. the meeting was adjourned.
