Mayor Pro Tei Schuldt MOVES, Councilman Anderson SECONDED, to place on
the April 12, 1988 Municipal Election Ballot a utility use tax of no higher
than 2% to be imposed on industrial and commercial users and limited to
electricity, gas and water; the tax will have sunset provision of three
years; and to impose fees to cover refuse collection fees; and the refuse
fees will have a sunset provision of three years. MOTION WAS CARRIED BY THE
FOLIOWING VOTE:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, West, Schuldt.
NOES: Councilman Jacobson and Mayor Siadek.
