MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
EL SEGUNDO CITY COUNCIL
April 12, 1983
1. CALL TO ORDER
The El Segundo City Council convened in a special session on Tuesday,
April 12, 1983 at 1:00 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chamber of the
E1 Segundo City Hall. The Clerk reported that a Notice of Special
Meeting had been posted as required by law, and that an affidavit of
posting was in her file.
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE was led by City Manager Arthur Jones
3. ROLL CALL:
Present: Council Members Armstrong, Johnson,
Siadek, Synadinos and Mayor Bue
Absent: Council Members None
3. The Mayor announced that the purpose of calling this meeting was to
interview applicants for the position of City Attorney.
At this time, the time being 1:03 o'clock p.m., the Council recessed
to the West Conference Room to interview attorneys Leland C. Dolley,
Ronald J. Einboden, Thomas F. Winfield, III and Charles J. Post.
At the hour of 5:35 o'clock p.m., the Council reconvened, all members
being present and answering roll call.
No other business appearing to come before the Council, the Mayor
declared this meeting adjourned, time of adjournment being 5:40 o'clock
p.m.
