12Mr. Charles Goldwasser with the firm of Silver and Kreisler, represent-
ing the E1 Segundo Police Officers' Association, asked that the Council
ratify the Memoranda of Understanding.
City Attorney Allen advised that another resolution would be presented
to the Council for adoption to implement all the other features of the
MOU not covered in the resolution heretofore adopted.
Mr. Goldwasser stated his concern was whether that resolution will
ratify those portions of the MOU that do not provide direct financial
benefits. The City :attorney reiterated that all the features of the
MOU would be implemented in the forthcoming resolution and that the
MOU would not be ratified.
