An adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of El Segundo,
California, was held in the Council Chamber of the City Hall on the above date.
The City Clerk reported that a Notice of Adjournment had been posted as required
by law and that an affidavit of posting was on file.
The meeting was then called to order by E. L. Balmer, Mayor, the hour
being 7:00 o'clock p.m.

Director of Public Works Glickman stated that a report would re pre-
pared by Staff and submitted to the Council at an early date covering the
utilization and redesign of the various phases of the water system, the pos-
sibilities for additional water storage, including recommendations for ele-

vation, configuration, and site location for reservoirs.
At the hour of 8 :40 o'clock p.m., the Council recessed to the Mayor's
office for a personnel session. At the hour of 9 :25 o'clock p.m., the Council
reconvened, all members being present and answering roll call.
No other business appearing to come before the Council at this session,
it was moved by Councilman Nagel, seconded by Councilman Stephens, that the
meeting adjourn, the hour of adjournment being 9:30 o'clock p.m. Motion
carried.
