An adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
E1 Segundo, California, was held in the Council Chamber of the City Hall
of said City on the above date. The Clerk reported that a Notice of Adjourn -
ment had been posted as required by law and that an affidavit of posting was
on file.
The meeting was then called to order by Gordon T. Stephens, Mayo-,
the the hour being 5:00 o'clock p.m.

and Mayor Stephens;

SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
At the hour of 5:05 o'clock p. m. , Mayor Stephens announced that
the meeting would recess to the Mayor's office for an Executive Session
to interview fo-ar applicants for a vacancy in the Recreation and Parks
Commission.
At the hour of 6 :25 o'clock p.m. , the Council reconvened, the
following members being present and answering roll call: Balmer, Morgan,
Nagel, and Mayor Stephens.
No further business appearing to come before the Council at this
meeting, motion was made by Councilman Balmer, seconded by Council-
man Navel, that the meeting adjourn, the hour of adjournment being 6:30
o'clock p.m. Motion carried.
