The added. revenue it would bring to the City and its merchants certainly needs no further elaboration. From the point of prestige alone it should be�, given all the cooperation in our power. Any city in the United States would be thrilled to get an installation of this character and it would make E1 Segundo practically the avia- tion capital of the world., The City of El Segundo is situated in the heart of the aviation industry and next to one of the largest airports in the world. Not to capitalize on this asset seems to be foolish if not downright stupid. Any traffic problems that might result from the said building most certainly can be worked out and any person possessing even the smallest degree of fairness will be forced to admit that 1 � i k . It would undoubtedly carry a good portion of the tax load which would help stabilize taxes for all of us -- residential and industry alike.
