Moved by Councilman Baker, seconded by Councilman Swanson, that the
regular order of business be suspended. Carried.

Absent: Mayor Selby.
No further business appearing to be transacted at this meeting, it was
moved by Councilman Gordon, seconded by Councilman Baker, the meeting
