MAYOR SELBY: Ladies and gentlemen, as you know, we overflowed the Council Chamber so it has been necessary for us to move up here to continue this hearing, and we-will proceed now with the hearing. MAYOR SELBY: Ladies and gentlemen, this is a public hearing duly and regularly called and ordered by the City Council of the City of E1 Segundo to be held at this time and place under the provisions of the zoning ordinance of the City of El Segundo. This public hearing was so called and ordered for the purpose of publicly hearing the appeal of Edwin H. Gibbs and others from the decisions of the Planning Commission of the City of E1 Segundo, as made and set forth by said Commission in its Resolution No. 87, which was adopted on the 13th day of November, 1950. Mr. City Clerk, has notice of the time, place and purpose of this hearing been duly given and published, and do you have on file in your office the affidavits showing such notice?
