Discussion ensued, entered into by Ni, and V16. Wyatt, Mr. Trcbcugh, Street Superintendent Gunn, M, Lortz, the City Attorney and members of the Council. From such discusUon it developed that the furnishing of such profile had been delayed, pending decision as to the C o,Lncil`s policy with respect to who shall pay the cost of paving the roadways of the streets between the edges of existing pavements, in the center of cer n n streets, and the curb lines thereof, after curbs have been installed, which policy the Council indicated, would be settled at its next regular meeting. He was informed in the affL rmat ve, but was assured by Street Superin- tendent Gunn and Mt.
