meeting of the City Council of said City, the City Clerk was the, ,

Said City Clerk waited at the Council Chamber for a period of
fifteen minutes, and no member of the City Council appearing, the
City Clerk thereupon announced that the meeting stood adjourned until
Tuesday, the 30th day �of December,'' 1947, 'at the hour of 7:00 o'clock
