An adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of E1 Segundo, California, was held on the above date in the Council Chamber of the City HiL11 of said-City, having been called to order at 4:20 P. M. by Peter E. Binder, Mayor. ROLL CALL. Councilmen Present: Gerow, Loves Selby and Mayor Binder. Councilmen Absent: Hesser. Moved by Councilman Selby, seconded by.Couneilman Love, the regular order of business be dispensed with. Carried. Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen Gerow, Love, Selby and Mayor Binder. Noes: Councilmen None. Absent: Councilman Hesser. Councilman Hesser appeared at the meeting at this time, the hour being 4:25 o'clock P. M.-and he immediately took his seat at the Council table. Discussion was had relative to the intention of the owner of Lot 10, in Block 98, to build houses and garages on said Lot, with garages for two of the houses fronting upon Concord Place, to which objection is made by the owners of property on the West aids of said Concord Place. No action taken pending consultation with the City Attorney. Two gentlemen addressed the Council relative to excavating in certain municipally owned property located at,the Southwest corner of Holly Avenue and Standard Street within the City of E1 Segundo. The Council was unwilling to give an answer until after an inspection of the premises had been made, which inspection the members agreed to make between this date and the next regular meeting of the Council. Yo further business appearing to be transacted at this meeting, it was moved by Councilman Selby, seconded by Councilman Love, the meeting adjourn. Carried. Approved: Mayor.
