of said City on the above.date, having been called to order by Mayor
Peter E. Binder at the hour of.4:15 o'clock P. M.

Councilmen Present: Hesser, Love, Selby and Mayor Binder.
Councilmen Absent: Gerow.
Moved by Councilman Selby, seconded by Councilman Love, the regular
order of business be dispensed with. Carried.

be and there is hereby appropriated for the purchase of trees for street

municipal employee as he may direct.is hereby euthorized-to make the
necessary purchase. Carried by the following vote:
