CONSENT TO SPECIAL MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL
AND WAIVER OF NOTICE.
We, the undersigned, being all of the members of the City Council
of the City of El Segundo, California, do hereby consent and agree
that a special meeting of said City Council shall be held in the
Council Chamber in the City Hall of said City beginning at the hour of 4:30 P.M.
on Tuesday, the 6th day of December, 1938e for the purpose of considering
and acting upon the question of the acceptance of a Grant Deed from
Ethel V. Ainsworth and Walter C. Ainsworth, Sr., her husband, to the
City of El Segundo, to all that real.property in the City of El Segundo,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 1 to 6 inclusive, of Tract 10058, as per map recorded in Book 142,
at Page 17 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, subject to conditions, reservations, restrictions and rights of
way of record against the same; also to the second, installment of taxes
for the fiscal year 1938 -39, and assessments levied under Municipal -
Im_provement District No. 1 (Arizona Drive) proceedings of the City of
E1 Segundo; and also to outstanding royalty interests of record, if any,
to W. T. Mulcahy and Lucretia L. Mulcahy, his wife, Harold Van Cleevan,
and L. C. Roberts, and which said deed is dated the 5th day of December,
1938; and for the further purpose of instructing the City Clerk of said
City to cause said deed to be filed for record in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California,_in th_e.event the.same
is accepted at said meeting.
We hereby waive any further, other, or additional notice of the
time and place of said meeting and consent that same be held at the time
and place above stated.
Dated this 6th day of December, 1938, and filed in the office of
the City Clerk prior to the time set for said meeting.
