1936 FEB 19 CC MINA regular meeting of the City Council of the City of El Segundo, California., was called to order at 7 :00 otclock P. M. on-the above date, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City by Peter E. Binder$ Mayor. ROLL CALL. Councilmen Present: Gerow, Hesser, Love, Selby and Mayor Binder. Councilmen Absent: None. READING OF MIMES OF PREVIOUS MEETING. The minutes of the regular meeting held on the 13th day of February, 1936, were read, without error or omission appearing, and were approved as read upon motion of Councilmen Selby, seconded by Councilman Gerow, - which carried. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS. i The following communications were read and disposed of as indicated: _^ LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITIES, its Bulletin No. 6, dated February 17, 1936, submitting additional information about the proposed liquor legislation. M., said hour at this meeting, having heretofore been fixed as the time for considering bids received Feb. 7, 1936 for furnishing labor, materials, etc. for constructing a public library building in and for :.the City of E1 Segundo, California, further consideration was given to said bids so received, and it was moved by Councilman Selbyp' seconded by Councilman Love'and ' unanimously carried, that all'of said bids be taken under further advisement until the hour of 7 :30 o'clock P.
