An adjourned regular meeting 'of the City Council of the City,of-El Segundo,
;California, was called to order at 4:15 o" clock P. 10. on the above date,: in the
.'Council. Chamber of the City HaYl of said City, by the City Cierkp the.Moyor
l;bei,ng absent. Councilman, Hesser' was unanimously chosen Mayor pro tem, and
;he ihimediately assumed the duties of the Mayor.

to investigate the possibility of.the City acquiring such materials as may be:'
salvaged from said structure, the.feasibility of using them in a new library
building and to report to the*Cotmeil respecting the matter.
