The City Clerk reported that E1 Segundo Chamber of Commerce desired to

Councilman Hesser and unanimously carried, that El Segundo Chamber of Commerce

The City Engineer reported that he had been in contact with !r. Conley,
Attorney for Mrs. Bohon, relative to an easement for trunk line sewer purposes
over and across certain of the latter's property, and that 11r. Conley had
advised Mrs. Bohan to consent to the granting of the easement requested,
provided certain conditions, which the engineer enumerated, are made a part
of the easement.
Although it aopeared that the conditions could be met, it was suggested
by the En^in-er that before the matter is referred to the Attorneyts department
for the _preparation of a new form of easement, an effort might be made to
effect a contract Tith. the Citz, of Los Angeles, whereby the proposed East
acreage trunk line sewers might be permitted to discharge into the sewer line
proposed to be constructed by the City of Los Angeles on and through Los Angeles
Municipal Airport, to connect with the old Bellview outfall sewer line Northerly
of ?Manchester Avenue.
Such procedure appearing to the Council to be practical, the engineer, by
aener l consent, was directed to confer in this regard with the prover officials
