CONSENT AND WAIVER OF NOTICE FOR A SPECIAL
MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, TO BE HELD DER
3RD, 1935.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, the undersigned,
being all of the members of the City Council of the City of El
Segundo, California, do hereby give our written consent to the
holding of a special meeting of the City Council of said City,
at the Council Chamber in the City Hall thereof, No. 203 Richmond
Street, in the City of E1 Segundo, California, on Tuesday, the
3rd day of December, 1935, beginning at the hour of 4 :30 o'clock
P. M. of said day, for the purpose of considering the granting of
a- permit to Allen T. Nelson to move a one story frame building
from its present location westerly of Duley Road on a portion of
Section 7 in the City of El Segundo to a location outside of the.
said City, and we hereby expressly waive any and all notice of the
time and place of the holding of said meeting and do hereby consent
and agree that the same may be so held at said time and at said place.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto subscribed our respective
names this 3rd day of December, 1935.

A special meeting of the City Council of the City of El Segundo,
California, was called to order at the hour of 4 :30 o'clock P. M.. on the..
above date in the Council Chamber of the City Hall -of said City, by
Peter E. Binder, Mayor; said meeting being held pursuant to the foregoing
rritten Consent and Waiver of Notice.
ROLL CALL.
Councilmen Present: Gerow, Hesser, Love, Selby and Mayor Binder.
Councilmen Absent: None.
The Mayor announced that the special order of business for which this
meeting had been called was consideration of the application of Allen T.
Nelson to move a one story frame building from its present location westerly
of Duley Road on a portion of Section 7 in the City of El Segundo to 'a
location outside of the said City, that said applicant'desired to move
said building on the 4th day of December, 1955s which date'is prior to
the regular meeting date of the City Council.

The Deputy City C1erVthat the deposit required by ordinance of the
City of E1 Segundo to be made in such cases, had been paid to the City
Clerk's office, whereupon it was moved by Councilman Love, seconded by
Councilman Selby, that the following resolution be adopted:
RESOLVED, that Allen T. Nelson, be and he is hereby
granted permission to remove a certain one story frame
building from its present location "westerly of Duley Road_,
on a portion of Section 7 in the City of E1 Segundo to a
location outside of said City, said building to be removed
on the 4th'day of December, 1935, and during the.process
of such removal to be routed as follows: Duley Road to a
point approximately 600 feet North of E1 Segundo Boulevard;
thence south to E1 Segundo Boulevard, thence Easterly on
El Segundo Boulevard to the Easterly City Limits; provided,
however, that the permit is granted subject to the observance
by said house mover of all provisions of all ordinances'of
the City of El Segundo respecting the moving of buildings
within said City and the use of the public streets thereof.
Carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Gerow, Hesser, Love, Selby 'and Mayor Binder,
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen None.
The business for which this meeting was called, as indicated in the
foregoing Consent and Waiver of Notice for the holding of this Special
Meeting, having been disposed of, it was moved by Councilman Selby, seconded
by Councilman Hesser, that the meeting adjourn. Carried.
