An adjcurned re-ullar meetinr- of the City Council of the City of El
Segundo, California, was called to order at 4:30 o'clock P. 'si. on the above
date, in the Council Chamber of the Cit -. Hall of said City, by Peter P. Finder,

Councilmen Absent: Gerow.

order of business be dispersed with. Carried.

SPECIAL OLDER OF BUSIivESS.
Consideration of the bids received December 12, 1934, for furnishing
the City of El Segundo with certain quantities of Portland Cement, common,
Crushed. Rock and Sand, having been continued from the date before mentioned
to this meeting this date, the Council proceeded to discuss such bids, and
the matter of awarding the contract for furnishing the same.
It appearing that the City Engineer had received a communication from
the State Emergency Relief Administration, indicating that it had approved the
City's application for the furnishin4 of the labor necessary to construct cement
concrete curbs in SeDulveda Boulevard within the City of El Segundo, and had
indicates that it would furnish the necessary labor beginning December 28th,
1934, it was moved by Councilman Love, seconded by Councilman Selby, that
Resolution No. F10, entitled:
