An adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of El Segundo,
California, was called to order at31:45 o'clock A. M. on the above date, in
the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City, by Peter Be Binder, Mayor.
ROLL CALL.
Councilmen Present: Gerow, Krim el and Mayor Binder.,
Councilmen Absent: Love and Selby.
Moved by Councilman Gerok, seconded by Councilman Kriaimel, that the regular
order of business be dispensed with. Carried.

the demands be allowed and warrants drawn on and paid out of the respective
funds covering the same. Carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Gerow, Krimme1 and Mayor Binder.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen Selby and Love.
• Moved by Councilman Krimmel, seconded by Councilman Gerow, that the
Chief of Police be and he is hereby authorized to purchase a finger printing
outfit, at a cost of not to-exceed *12.50. Carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Gerow, Kri=el and Mayor Binder.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen Selby and Love.
Moved by Councilman Gerow, seconded by Councilman Krimmel, that the
following resolution be adopted:
iffffIEAS, the ornamental trees in the parking on the
West side of Main Street, between Mariposa Avenue and.
Palm Avenue in front of Library Park, and the trees in
the parking on the East side of Main Street between
Mariposa Avenue and Oak Avenue, in Front of El Segundo
High School are in an unhealthy condition and present
an unsightly appearance;
NOW THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED, that the Street
Superintendent of the City of E1 Segundo be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to cause said trees to be
removed.
Carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Gerow, Krimmel and Mayor Binder.
Noes: None.
Absent: Councilmen Love and Selby.
No further business appearing to be transacted at this meeting,
it was moved by Councilman Krimmel, seconded by Councilman Gerow,
that the meeting adjourn. Carried. -
