Segundo, California, was called to order at 4:'40 o'clock P. M. on the
above date, in the Council.Chamber of the City Hall of said City, by
Peter E. Binder, Mayor.

Councilmen Absent: Gerow.
Moved by Councilman Selby, seconded by Councilman Love, that the
regular order of business .be dispensed with. Carried.
