December 30th, 1931.
A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of E1 Segundo,
California, was called to order at 7:00 o'clock P. M. on the above
date, in the Council Chamber of the city hall of said city, by
Ueorge Love, Mayor.
HOLL CALL.
Councilmen Present: Binder, Gerow, hrimmel, Selby and mayor Love.
Councilmen Absent: None.
HEADING OF mINU` LS OF PREVIOUS i.EETING.
The minutes of the regular meeting held on the 23rd day of
December, 1931, were read. No errors or omissions appearing, it
was moved by Councilman Binder, seconded by Councilman lirimmel,
that the minutes be approved as read. Carried.
wRITI'EN COMMUNICATIONS.

1931, being report of its activities within the city cf •El Segundo
as health Officer of said City, for the month of November, 1931.

BOULDER 1)kw ASSOCIATION, dated December 8th, 1931, advising that
a meeting will be held at Fullerton sometime about the middle of
January, 1932, for the purpose of hearing the final report and to take
action respecting the future of said organization, and requesting that
a representative of the city of sl Segundo attend. On motion of
councilman JLrimmel, seconded by Oouncilman Binder, -which carried
unanimously, the city clerk of the uity of E1 Segundo was directed to
attend said meeting as a representative of the uity of E1 Segundo.
STAivDARD OIL CONPANY OF CALIFOiiNIA., dated December 28th, 1931,
advising that said company will accept as the basic land value
compensation at the rate of #1500.00 per acre for that portion of
erection 13 within the uity of ;i;1 Segundo, owned by said company, which
is required by the city of bl Segundo in the opening and improvement
of Sepulveda zoulevard, but that changes in said company +s pipe line
construction will be necessary by reason of the severance from its land
of the portion required for public road purposes and that said Company
will expect reimbursement for whatever changes become necessary.

No further business appearing to be transacted at this session, it
was moved by Councilman Gerow, seconded by Councilman Selby, that the meeting
