The minutes of the regular meeting held on the 24th day of January,
1930 were read. No errors or omissions appearing, it was moved by
Councilman Krimmel, seconded by Councilman Selby, that the minutes be
approved as read. Carried.

The following communications were read and disposed of as indicated:
SOL'T.=T C %1IFORITIA EDISON CO., dated January 30th, 1930m requesting
permission to set one 40 ft. pole in Irene Court. The said application
having been approved by the Street Superintendent, it was moved by
Councilman Selby, seconded by Councilman Krimmel, that Southern California
Edison Company be and it is hereby granted permission to set one 40 ft*
pole in the South side of Irene Court, 67 feet West of Penn Street, this
installation to be prosecuted and completed to the satisfaction of the
Street Superintendent of the City of El Segundo. Carried.
EL SECUNDO CH TKPER OF COI ITERCE, dated January 31st, 1930, expressing
thanks for the advertising and promotion aid furnished the Chamber by
the Council. Ordered filed.
PLUT/�ING INSPECTORS ASSOCIATION OF CALIFORNIA, announcing; the organization
of the Association in July, 1929, and urging the affiliation of the
Plumbing Inspector of the City of E1 Segundo. Ordered filed.
