An adjonrned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of E1
Segundo, California, was called to order at 11:40 o'clock A. M. on the
above date, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City, by
George Love, Mayor,
ROLL CALL.
Councilmen Presents Krimmel, Selby and Love.
Councilmen Absents Binder and Gerow.
By general consent, the regular order of business was dispensed
with.
The application of Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company for
permission to set an anchor in the North side of Sycamore Avenue,
approximately 37 feet West of Sheldon Street, having been approved
by the Street Superintendent, it was moved by Councilman Selby,
seconded by Councilman Krinmel, that Pacific Telephone and Telegraph
Company be and it is hereby granted permission to set one anchor in the
parkway on the North side of Sycamore Avenue, approximately 37 feet
West of Sheldon Street, within the City of El Segundo, provided said
work is prosecuted and completed to the satisfaction of the Street
Superintendent of said CitW. Carried.
A letter from the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, by John C.
Austin, President, dated February 14th, 1930, was read, inviting
the Mayor to meet with the Construction Industries Committee of the
Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, at 12:15 Noon Luncheon, Wednesday,
February 26th, 1930, the purpose of the meeting being to make a
survey of the municipal and private construction projects of Los
Angeles County for the forthcoming calendar year. By general consent,
the Engineer was requested to prepare a written statement of pros-
pective municipal construction in this City for submission to the
Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce for use at said meeting.

the demands be allowed and warrants drawn on and paid out of the
respective funds covering the s erne. Carried by the following votes
Ayes$ Councilmen Krimmel, Selby and Love.
Noes: None.
Absent! Councilmen Binder and Cerow.
No further business appearing to be transacted at this meeting, it
was moved by Councilman Selby, seconded by Councilman Krimmel, that
the meeting adjourn. Carried.
